Implied Consent
If you have a driver's license in Pennsylvania, you are presumed to have already given consent for chemical testing (blood, urine, breath or any combination of these tests) if you are stopped for suspected drunk driving or DUI. Refusal to take the test or failing one or more of the chemcial tests can cause you to lose your license for up to 12 months through the Administrative License Supsension process.
